The Hard Truth about Life.

Life is based on two sides of a coin: one, with an ugly face and the other, a beautiful face. Obviously, you want to enjoy the good side more often, but in order to get to the beauty of life you have to pass a long period of that ugly phase.

The greatest moments of clarity will come when you look back at your life’s journey and conclude that it was all necessary and that it is all beautiful.

This is the bitter truth of life.

It is failing over and over again that will allow you to live happily. It is struggling and dealing with losses that will allow you to flourish and find happiness. Life is a game and if you want to win, you should continuously try to find the answers to the questions you come across. Get to know the great lessons life teaches you when you are young. The older we get the less frequent these lessons become as others pop up. I believe that the same lessons reoccur if you don’t learn from them first.  They will keep coming until you do!

People fail all the time, even multiple times, at the very same thing. Failing is not bad, it tells us how imperfect we are. It teaches us how much we have to learn. And it will help you to enjoy your life at best.

Life is not only about wealth or success. It is also about goodness in relationships and attitude towards all the things that are a part of your life. We should love the people who love us and remember that actions speak louder than words. Sometimes we are so busy, we forget the real beauty and relationships of life. The biggest relation/bond between two humans is humanity or UBUNTU if you like.

The only way that we can love life is if we grow. The only way that we can grow is if we change. The only way that we can change is if we learn. The only way we can learn is if we are exposed. And the only way that we can become exposed is if we throw ourselves out into the open, out of our comfort zone.  All these things have a great impact on our lives. They change every aspect of our lives and make us a great people, or at least someone we can strive to become. It is important to have a foot in the future and the best way to do that is to have faith, because faith brings us hope.

If someone does not like you or what you are doing, then don’t feel disappointed and remember the lesson: life is too short to wonder what people think about you. This is destructive and negative thinking and it will only distract you from the important things you are working on.

When you live your own life and succeed at it, then you inspire others to live to the best of their abilities. If we don’t live life, we are tying rocks to our feet, which will inhibit our wings to carry us to greater heights.

So if you want to live a happy, successful and peaceful life then you should empty your mind from your surroundings and keep it straight on target toward your destination. You may struggle to achieve your goals, but work hard and stay focused on your intentions.  A good outcome will pleasantly surprise you.  You may also only achieve it after continuous failures, then you will understand what life is and what it is all about.

After all, here is what Steve Job says:

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.”
