It all starts here. Get the best out of your relationships with your family – better still, learn to accept and maybe even lower your expectations of the things, or people, you cannot change.


We all have them; make them work for you by making the right decisions about who shares the precious moments of your life.


Anything you need and cannot do without could be an addiction. Let’s get rid of the habits that aren’t good for you and start the ones that are. I will teach you more about wanting and the pleasure of the ‘brain reward’; the fix as we know it.

Teen Phases:

This is the most important time in a person’s life. Learn how to live a successful and fulfilling life without getting eaten up by society and your peers. I can also help you navigate career choices, friendship issues, sexuality, depression and any other areas you may need help with.

Time Management:

Not enough time? Learn to prioritise and manage your time to get the most out of your day and your life.


I will help you put money into perspective and teach you how to budget for life. We all need to plan for the future because future planning is freedom.

Self Esteem:

Liking yourself could be a whole new experience that you may even enjoy!

Self Respect:

You can’t hide away from yourself. It’s time to get some R-E-S-P-E-C-T.


Enjoy feeling powerful enough to do what your heart desires, and discover the status to be all you want to be.

Physical Fitness:

A fit body is a fit mind, we all want to feel and look our best.

Goal Setting: 

Giving yourself something to look forward to and plan towards is a great way to stay motivated.

Stress and Depression: 

Did you know that not all stress is bad for you? Learn what your limits are and how to cope with them.

Dealing with Disappointment: 

Learn about failure and how to overcome the feeling that you may have disappointed yourself or someone else.

Relationship building: 

Helping you understand the complexity of relationships and making sense of it all.
