Oh, here I go again thinking the same old thoughts that have held me back for years. Aren’t you tired of feeling the pressure of your own thoughts? Don’t they hold you back? Confuse you? Frustrate you?
There is no time like the present to start thinking differently! Yes, you can but you need to believe that first - only then will we be able to work on changing the way you think about thinking. Once you have made that decision that you will think differently or try will that change occur. You won’t get it right the first few times, but by now you know “The more you practice the luckier you get” or “you will get really good at it”.
In order to get this right, you need to be aware of your habits; your thinking and your feeling. You need to train yourself to be disciplined - to think, feel, act.
