  1. You are not as fat as you think you are.
  2. Don’t avoid the mirror.
  3. Wear clothes that suit you and not what is just fashionable.
  4. Hang around with people that get you.
  5. Do a brain tease once a day.
  6. Build your self-confidence.
  7. Keep up to date with news and views.
  8. Always have something to contribute.
  9. Have your own opinion even if it changes.
  10. Don’t be a sheep and just follow.
  11. Get out from behind the camera.
  12. Gratitude for everything you have is key.
  13. Dress for your personal brand.
  14. Walk the talk and make sure its worthwhile.
  15. Be curious about life.
  16. Don’t stop believing in yourself even if others do.
  17. Knowledge is power - keep learning.
  18. Earn things don’t take them.
  19. Believe in random acts of kindness.
  20. Take action and be proactive in your own life.
  21. Be true to your core values.
  22. And above all else: “To thine own self, be True” - Shakespeare.
