Toughen up; we are all on the roller coaster of life. Sometimes you are on the way down and having the time of your life and then there is the upward climb that seems lonely and unbearable. Having the wind taken out of your sails can leave you feeling paralyzed in fear and despair.

I have many personal experiences where I have had to plant myself back into solid soil in order to carry on.

Over 15 years ago I was high jacked in my garage after washing my car. When pulling my car back into the garage I was held at gunpoint. I did not fight back but they still shot at me. When the bullet missed my neck by a few millimetres it was then that I knew I had a greater purpose. My car was taken but my life spared. What a life shock to wake me up from a shocking relationship I was in not to mention the one I was having with myself.

What had happened to me was clearly one of those necessary evils. My personal life shock changed my world. I decided at that point to use this to change everything that was wrong with my life. So I can say that I have experienced enough to know that adversity can lead to greater things. Although it seems difficult at the time, it was actually a new awareness for me, a new beginning.

Our foundations are often rocked by incidents but you need to stay focused and disciplined to move forwards instead of running from fear.

I would like to shed new light on managing your feelings, by helping you develop the right tools to get you through. When things seem to be falling apart in your life, hold on tightly to trust. Trusting that everything you go through in your life is what the plan is to make you stronger and more resilient. Ever heard the saying “ What doesn’t kill you will only make you stronger”

Sometimes you have to lose what we think we love the most to see that nothing is ever lost when it is in our heart.

Through my experience, I’ve learned valuable lessons on how to get through the rough patches. I also reconnected with people who feed my soul and add value to my life. I do what I love and Love what I do and I pay it forward. I can only wish the same for you. If you need help please subscribe to LifeworX and I can make contact with you if you are needing help.
