Let's get right down to business, the business of YOU!

What are your likes and dislikes?

True talents and capabilities?

Your limiting beliefs?

Have your childhood influences helped create who you are?

Do you have the tools to help you with life’s dynamics?

A big question – Do you like who you have become?

When we are confronted with these questions so many different feelings pop up.

A big question: Do you like who you have become?

Are you comfortable with yourself?

Do you know how to handle tough situations and circumstances?

Getting to know yourself really well, from the inside out is both rewarding and challenging. Being honest with yourself is key to knowing yourself really well and trusting and believing what you have.

We often spend so much time wrapped up in life that we don’t get a chance to think about what is actually going on in our lives.

Do you ever stop and think about what is actually going on in your life?

What can you do to make it better?

Does it make you feel uncomfortable?

Do you know what you need to do to be happy?

What is standing in your way?

With relevant questions such as these – you will become more self-aware and also more aware of others around you. You will look for ways to change the way you are thinking and feeling. You will learn about your values and what makes your world turn. You WILL begin the journey of self-awareness.

Once you get involved with You, you will find that you have all sorts of conclusions about yourself – positive/negative, good/bad.

Some of these very useful to you and others very harmful. In coaching, we are interested in showing you ways to find the ones that hold you back and stop you from reaching your goals.

The secret to reaching goals is first learning how to make them. We will show you just how to make short, medium and long-term goals. We will show you ways to know what is a realistic for you so that when it does not work out as you imagined you don’t become despondent and give up on the rest of the goals you have set for yourself.

Knowing yourself will help you figure out that the goals are what you want rather than what everyone else wants for you.

In this self-discovery, you will be working through how you see yourself and your life. This will bring a new perspective and that will shed light on where you are truly heading rather than where you think you are heading.

We want to work on growing you and that happens from the inside out and the success that you get from that work will be reviewed for you from the outside in.

A life coaching session can help positively with:

  1. Learning to get control/understanding of yourself and your actions.
  2. You will learn the concept of Think – Feel – Act
  3. Knowing all these things about you will help you find your XFactor.
  4. This simply means knowing the real essence of you.
