Do you go through life by remote control or are you quite aware of what is going on around you?
Are you tuned into your " gut feeling"? And more importantly: do you act on your gut feel?
Notice the strong and repetitious impressions that come to you through your thoughts, visions and feelings. Wow, strong and repetitive are really powerful words. It means that these impressions come to you not just once, but on numerous occasions. It is a bit like the law of attraction. It is a bit like you noticed a certain new make of car for the first time, you bring it into your conscience. You see this new model everywhere - on your way to work, on a billboard, in a newspaper advert,… It is because you are aware and are consciously looking at that specific make of car that you see it everywhere.
Wouldn't it be beneficial if we could do the same with our thoughts, feelings and visions? We need to be consciously aware of them to take note. They are there repeatedly to make us aware of them and possibly act on them.
If you don't make a decision that is the same thing as deciding that everything shall remain the same.
We almost need to be more mindful of our thoughts, visions and feelings for them to be registered by our consciousness.
Be aware of what is going on around you, be in tune with what is affecting your thoughts and feelings. And in turn, the way you behave or react in certain situations. In this way, you can recognise negative emotions and eliminate negative feelings and tune into the positive ones. You want to be in control of your feelings and thoughts. Pay a bit more attention to what is going on so you can be a part of it all and be the best YOU that you can be.
Be active, engage, be aware of your surroundings – it all impacts the way you feel, think and behave.
