Picture this: you are going through life content and happy and suddenly there is a wake-up call. A problem that ten minutes ago didn’t exist. How on earth is that even possible?
Things usually happen when we least expect it and it throws us off course and we start questioning everything around us. Problems are a reality of life. It is a great idea to find what it is that works for you to help you cope when you get thrown a curveball and feel like your problems are bigger than you. Learning to burn your problems away is possible.
You must not let the power of the negatives of your outer self-interfere with what you are feeling on the inside.
All your positive influences are on the inside, your inner self. What usually prevents us from problem solving is all the negatives we encounter from our outside ourselves. These are usually brought on by our belief system that we begin to create from what others say and the things we learn throughout our lives.
You need to find a process that works for you. Whether it is phoning a friend and talking about it and getting advice from the right person, then that is something that works for you. Sometimes it is getting to the gym or going for a run. We often just need to remove ourselves from the situation so that when you step back you can see the situation you are in more clearly. That is when you can usually find the steps you need to take to deal with your problems.
Some of us need to sit quietly and have time to process things before taking action. I do believe that this is different for all of us. You must find something that works for you. That way, when you encounter problems, you have a plan and the more you practice this, the more it becomes a master plan. You then have an operating system that you begin to rely on when problems arise and you won't find yourself spiraling out of control.
Come to terms with the fact that life has problems and always be prepared for them. Be solution orientated in your own life. Don’t freak out, don’t run away. Be in the moment and take action and find a way to burn the problems away time and time again. You will always have a plan if you start practicing this now. Your process will become automatic and you will feel more in control of your life.

Andre Aggasi said "Practise how you want to play and then you will play how you practise"
Robin Sharma said "How hard do you practice when no one is watching"
